PB 3315495 16" Power Drive Pad Driver Assembly for Minuteman / Power Boss Scrubbers. Short trim polypropylene filaments, in conjunction with a pad grabbing centering device, holds your floor pad securely to the scrubber. 16" diameter durable molded plastic block. Includes new style molded "PowerDrive" clutch plate set up. Some older models require old style pad drivers with 3 mounting lugs around a 5.5" center hole (if you have the 3 lug set up, search for 3305373, 16" Pad Driver with Lugs).
